This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the online platform Wayfriends, available at https://wayfriends.ru, operated by Sole Proprietor Alexey Vozmilov (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “the Platform” or “Administration”), and constitutes a binding agreement between the Platform and you as a user ("You", "User").

By visiting, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the Wayfriends platform, you confirm your full agreement with the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms govern access to and use of the Wayfriends Platform.

1.2. The Platform provides services including content publishing, subscriptions, fundraising, groups, blogs, events, public profiles, private messaging, and internal currency-based transactions.

1.3. We reserve the right to change or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes indicates your acceptance.

2. DEFINITIONS

Platform (Website): The online resource Wayfriends.ru, including all subdomains, services, software, and data.
User: An individual who has registered on the Platform and uses its features.
Account: A User's personal registration record and profile on the Platform.
Content: Any material posted by Users including text, images, video, audio, links, and goods.
Author Content: Original creative works such as text, blogs, music, art, film, etc.
wayfCoin: Internal, non-transferable digital currency used exclusively within Wayfriends.
Subscription: Paid or free access to additional features and content.
Administration: Sole Proprietor Alexey Vozmilov, operator and legal owner of the Platform.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

Wayfriends allows Users to publish content, interact, donate, subscribe, and monetize original works, subject to compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

4. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

4.1. Access to full features requires registration and login.

4.2. Users must provide accurate information during registration and keep login credentials confidential.

4.3. Administration may restrict access if provided information is incomplete, misleading, or violates the Platform's rules.

5. USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1. Users agree:

Not to post offensive, illegal, provocative, or harmful content;
Not to infringe on others’ intellectual property;
Not to engage in fraud, manipulation, or abuse of Platform features;
To follow copyright laws and ethical standards.

5.2. Users are solely responsible for any content they post and for any resulting consequences, including legal liability.

6. ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. The Administration has the right to:

Remove any content at its discretion;
Restrict or delete accounts for violations;
Conduct technical maintenance or suspend access;
Set internal rules, terms, and limitations.

6.2. The Administration does not mediate disputes between Users.

7. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. Users retain copyright to their original content but grant other Users non-exclusive rights to view and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.2. By publishing content, the User confirms they own the rights or have permission to share it.

7.3. Users are responsible for monetized content they offer.

8. LICENSE RIGHTS

8.1. All materials on the website (including design, code, and structure) are the property of Wayfriends or used under license.

8.2. By posting content, Users grant Wayfriends a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, copy, display, modify, and distribute the content within the Platform.

8.3. Content creation and publishing are also subject to our separate Content License Agreement, which Users must accept before posting.

9. TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENTS

9.1. All payments (subscriptions, donations, purchases) are processed through verified payment systems integrated into the Platform.

9.2. Refunds are governed by individual seller or creator policies. The Platform is not responsible for their terms.

9.3. Subscriptions are treated as voluntary donations and not as payment for services.

9.4. Internal transactions (tips, purchases, subscriptions) are considered peer-to-peer exchanges between Users, not involving the Administration in any contractual obligation.

9.5. Fees applied to balance top-ups are considered donations to the Platform and are non-refundable.

10. USE OF INTERNAL CURRENCY — WAYFCOIN

10.1. wayfCoin is a non-transferable digital token used solely within Wayfriends.

10.2. Users must use wayfCoin in good faith. Fraud, manipulation, or abuse (e.g., fake content generation) may result in account suspension and balance reset.

10.3. wayfCoin can be exchanged for up to 10,000 ₽ per request, subject to compliance with all platform withdrawal rules.

10.4. wayfCoin is not linked to referral income or external financial systems.

10.5. The token’s value increases as the number of paid subscribers on the platform grows. Each additional 500 paid subscribers increases the token’s value.

10.6. The maximum value of wayfCoin is 500 ₽. Beyond that, value growth is managed internally.

10.7. If more than 60% of circulating wayfCoin is withdrawn, the Platform reserves the right to reduce the exchange rate.

10.8. The Administration may change wayfCoin policies, pricing, and withdrawal terms at any time. Users will be notified through the Platform.

11. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

11.1. Users bear full legal responsibility for content posted, actions taken, and violation of Platform rules or Russian Federation law.

11.2. If third-party claims arise due to User actions, the User agrees to resolve the conflict independently and reimburse any Platform losses.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1. The Platform is not responsible for:

Temporary interruptions, data loss, or errors;
Other Users' actions or content;
External links or third-party sites;
Unlawful or offensive content shared by Users.

12.2. Content is not moderated in real time. Responsibility lies with the author.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS

13.1. This Agreement takes effect upon the User’s registration.

13.2. Termination of an account does not affect previously granted licenses or completed transactions.

13.3. Advertising may be displayed across all Platform areas, including user pages.

13.4. Users must delete their account if they disagree with this Agreement or any future revisions.

13.5. All legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
